What is the maximum number that I can set the memory of an input file and will my calculation be completed faster?

The maximum memory you can set isn’t determined by Psi, but by your machine.

If there is a specific calculation you have, and you want to know if you can throw more memory at it to make it run faster, you’d need to be more specific about your computation. The best thing to do, of course, is to actually run it and find out.
