Is this Linux? It looks like you’ve enabled a lot of addons, and you’re doing internal builds of them and a lot of dependencies. That’s fine (though it will take a while to build), but it looks like some downloads are failing or timing out. If this is plain Linux, you might consider providing the dependencies with conda as described at Install v1.9.1+ | Installs with linux/source/?/nightly.
