Transition dipoles between Electronic and ground vibrational states

Hi, is there a way to calculate transition dipole moments between electronic excited state and vibrational state in electronic ground state?

I’m fairly confident this is a “no” within Psi4. Others can correct me if I’m wrong, but our only capabilities for vibrational transitions are double harmonic pure vibrational intensities at RHF. Nothing vibronic.

I know how to get electronic dipoles, but would it be possible to calculate the transition dipole moments of pure vibrational transitions?
