How do I change the default save directory of the timer.dat and *.intco files?
I have set the PSI_SCRATCH variable. Nevertheless, these files are saved in the directory where I run the python script.
I’m afraid those are text files, not binary files controlled by $PSI_SCRATCH. intco files shouldn’t be left around unless you request them, and timer.dat is cummulative wrt jobs. Both will end up in the submission directory, as you observed. Someday we would like to put the text files under more controlled management.
