Transition Dipole Moments (TD-DFT) Length versus Velocity Forms

I’m trying to appreciate the fact that for my given TD-DFT calculation, I am getting agreement between the oscillator strengths in the length and velocity form for a given excited state, but not for its corresponding transition dipole moments in length and velocity form.

Moreover, can someone clarify the units on the transition dipole moments in the length versus velocity form (if I am working in atomic units).

thanks!
