Requesting that the SCAN functionals (SCAN, SCAN0, SCAN+rVV10) be made standard in Psi4. There seems to be a lot to recommend these functionals.

There are some problems with SCAN in libxc. (https://github.com/psi4/psi4/issues/863, https://gitlab.com/libxc/libxc/issues/9) . Otherwise it would be available.
