I have run some TDDFT calculations with PSI4 and I am hoping to visualize natural transition orbitals. Is there any easy way to do this with PSI4? Is there some file I could export to VMD or MOLDEN to plot natural transition orbitals?
Not an automatic way, no. It could be done, but it’d require some Python fiddling. This would be a good issue to add to our GitHub.
