Build high angular moment(>7) psi4 with conda error

When I build high max angular moment (>7) psi4 with conda.
I got this error message.

CMake Error at simint/CMakeLists.txt:7 (message):
Maximum angular momentum set is greater than I have available (7)

How I solve this error message?

I set -DENABLE_simint=OFF to avoid this problem thank you.
