If I want to enable a specific basis set in psi4 that is not included in the current layout, is there a way to do this?
Specifically I am trying to add the 6-31+G(2d,p) basis set described in Zanotto, et. al. (doi: 10.1002/jcc.25199), which I have not been able to find in https://www.basissetexchange.org.
